Q: Why do you not ship to MI or IL?
A: Due to the current legal restrictions in these states, we are not able to send automatic knives, however, we can still sell spring assisted, folding knives and any of our gift and novelty items.

Q: Why is my shipping cost showing as $10,000
A: This is because you are ordering from MI or IL. To place an order from those states, you must put the items in your cart and save as PRINT AND CALL. We will speak on the phone and I will complete the order for you.
This is so each order from MI or Il can be reviewed. No AUTOMATIC knives can be shipped to those states.

Q: What's the difference between Cool Hand Cutlery and The Blade Girl?
A: There is no difference. The Co name was originally Cool Hand Cutlery,but after I added The Blade Girl URL, the name caught on, so I am gradually switching everything over to The Blade Girl, but the business name is still officially Cool Hand Cutlery for the time.

Q: What is the best way to contact Customer Service?

Q: Does Cool Hand Cutlery have a printed catalog?
A: No, since much of our inventory is limited edition, a paper catalog would outdate too quickly.

Q: Are automatic knives permitted in my state?
A: If I had a law degree, I wouldn't be peddling knives. You should ask your local law enforcement if you have any doubt about your state and local ordinances, not your knife girl. 

Q: Do you have a wholesale price list?
A: No, I will give volume discounts starting at $500
