Request Return

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Per the terms and Conditions of the site, the Buyer is expected to read and understand the description of the item before they purchase.

We do not accept returns of merchandise because the customer wants to exchange for another color, or changes their mind.

I cannot resell these returned knives, as they are 'pre owned' at that point.

If an item is defective, we will pay the shipping for the return as well as the shipping to send a replacement item.

However, if the returned item appears to be broken do to mis-use, or an item is returned as defective, when in fact it is NOT defective, a replacement will not be given, and Buyer will have to cover shipping expenses for me to return the item.
