• The purchase of products from our web store constitutes agreement with our terms and conditions set forth below.

  By placing an order with Cool Hand Cutlery, you agree that you have read our terms and conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations.

  Age requirements:

  You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any product from Cool Hand Cutlery. Some items require that you are at least 21 years old depending on state and local laws in your area. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws concerning your age as it relates to ownership, use and possession of any item purchased from our website.

  Federal Statutes:

  By placing an order with us, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria.Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:

  (1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;

  (2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;

  (3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;

  (4) To manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).

  Cool Hand Cutlery will not sell knives to any individual without the above conditions being met.

  Legal status of products:

  It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Cool Hand Cutlery. All goods are sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of legal age. Cool Hand Cutlery will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us. Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, Cool Hand Cutlery assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death.

  Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud Cool Hand Cutlery will be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action.

  Absolutely no cash refunds. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and must have a pre authorization before shipping item back. Unauthorized returns are subject to a $25.00 per item restocking fee.

• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, The Blade Girl ONLY ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States.

  We do not sell or ship to Buyers located in Michigan or Illinois.

  Cool Hand Cutlery offers a flat rate $7.99 per ORDER for shipping. This is a great value.

  Orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment received.




• Return Policy

• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Money Orders and personal checks may be used with phone orders. Please call 517-381-1921. No cash Refunds. Items returned will be exchanged or replaced with a store credit voucher. We will not replace items that are broken due to misuse.
